NOTES
Teams must check-in each morning
between 8:00 and 8:30am
Room: Chambers B
(i.e. the SMC Committee Room)
Bailiffs must check-in at:
8:15am the first morning
8:45am the second morning
Room: Chambers A
(please note that this room is only for the first check-in each day)
Bailiffs must also check in 15 minutes before each round.
Room: Chambers B
(i.e. the SMC Committee Room)
Teams must be in their assigned rooms at least 15 minutes before each round.
RULE CLARIFICATION
Oral Argument – Demonstratives and Handouts
Teams and participants shall not display or distribute any demonstrative aids or supplemental materials during oral argument. Prohibited materials include, but are not limited to, handouts, charts, graphics, slides, electronic presentations, or any physical or visual aids not expressly permitted by the rules. Any violation may result in sanctions as determined by the SMC Committee.
